I changed for her

I changed for her.

I watched how I spoke to myself because of her.

How could she love herself if her mom didn't love who she is.

Her body looks alot like my body.

Did I want her to say things that I have said?

Yes, I did this for me too but as a mom I'm changing the narrative for her. She also is changing the narrative with her friends.

Do you understand the impact body image can have? The grasp it has not just on ourselves but what we project on our children?
